One-on-one yoga therapy offers a variety of asana practices, depending on your energetic need or goals. The personalized setting allows you to get more hands-on adjustments and direct feedback for your own practice.

During our initial consultation, we will determine which of these specialties or combinations best supports your personal goals.

  • Build functional strength and internal heat through a structured, breath-led practice. Grounded in the Ashtanga tradition, these sessions focus on progressive sequencing and core stability, adapted to your current fitness level to improve cardiovascular health and physical endurance.

  • Target the deeper connective tissues and nervous system through long-held, supported postures and myofascial release techniques. This gentle yet profound practice is designed to increase joint mobility, reduce chronic physical tension, and facilitate a deep state of mental and emotional rest.

  • Deepen your anatomical understanding through a precision-based approach inspired by Iyengar yoga. We utilize props and detailed postural cues to ensure optimal alignment, helping you move safely, prevent injury, and find the most supportive expression of each pose for your unique skeletal structure.

  • Focus on the foundational pillars of health through a holistic Sivananda-inspired flow. These sessions emphasize spinal flexibility, proper breathing (pranayama), and core-centric balance exercises to enhance your physical stability and foster a steady, peaceful mind.

  • Master the mechanics of flight by breaking down complex inversions and arm balances into manageable, anatomical steps. We focus on wrist health, shoulder strength & stability, and the physics of balance, providing a safe and playful environment to build the confidence and strength needed to take your practice off the ground.

  • Experience the same personalized, high-touch guidance from the comfort of your own home. These virtual 1:1 sessions are fully interactive, allowing for real-time feedback and customized sequencing designed around the space and props you have available.
