Immersive Retreat Weekend

Can’t getaway for an international yoga retreat, but want to have the retreat come to you?

  • A two or three-day immersive retreat is designed to create a deeply supportive space for inner healing, reconnection, and renewal. Through a harmonious blend of workshops, participants are guided to release emotional blockages, residual tension, and stored trauma within the body.

    Each session offers an opportunity to ground, expand, and soften into greater self-awareness. The retreat’s purpose is to hold you in a safe & nurturing container where transformation can unfold naturally—inviting clarity, balance, and a profound sense of peace.

    *This is a great weekend to consider if you want to attend an immersive, destination yoga retreat but simply can’t take the time off of work, find a sitter for the kids, or afford an all-inclusive week away.

  • What To Expect:

    I travel to you! Just gather yourself and a group of friends, and I’ll organize all the details.

    We’ll rent an Airbnb for the weekend to hold the daily workshops at. You get to come for a few hours each day to fully drop-in and do the work, but still have the ability to go home each night if needed - for kids, work, etc. (also an option to stay at the Airbnb).

    Expect a blend of:

    • Mindful yoga movement

    • Guided breath-work

    • Meditative practices

    • Tibetan sound healing

    • Reiki energy healing

    Each are designed to help you release, realign, and reconnect. The environment will be intimate, safe, and judgement-free, encouraging emotional expression and personal breakthroughs at your own pace. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more attuned to your inner landscape.

  • Day 1


    1 hour: Group yoga therapy

    30 min: Breath-work techniques

    30 min: Guided meditation

    (observation & acceptance)

    1 hour: Tibetan sound healing

    1 hour: Workshop on chakras, sound healing, and discovering root symptoms

    Day 2

    1 hour: Group yoga therapy

    30 min: Breath-work techniques

    30 min: Guided meditation

    (anger & release)

    1 hour: Tibetan sound healing

    1 hour: Creative art therapy & group discussion

    Day 3

    1 hour: Group yoga therapy

    30 min: Breath-work techniques

    30 min: Guided meditation

    (self-love & compassion)

    1 hour: Tibetan sound healing

    1 hour: Closing tea ceremony, journaling, & integration discussion

    • Accommodation (if applicable)

    • Lunch meal & snacks (breakfast and dinner options if applicable)

    • Guided wellness treatments, meditations, and workshops

  • Pricing is based on the number of people, the customized blend of workshops, and all of the unique details for the weekend. Pricing packages will also include the cost for my travel & accommodation.
